We want you to be happy with your order. If you have an issue, please contact us before sending anything back so we can help you with the correct process.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and returned with appropriate packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the case.

Non-returnable items

Used items, damaged items caused by misuse, and items returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after the issue has been verified with photo evidence when applicable.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
