Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
